Can I put a logo or emblem on my band?
Yes, you can and it can be sent in the following format: JPEG, GIF, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG, EPS.
How long will it take before I receive my products?
It takes 10-20 days free production and 5-10 days free shipping by express, unless if you choose to expedite your order.
What methods of payment are accepted?
we accept following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa. You may also pay with PayPal. Company and personal checks are also accepted.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
We will do everything in our power to make sure your order meets your specifications and time requirements. Should a problem arise with an order, our sales executive will do everything he/she can to create a solution. If there is any issue on order received then it has to be registered and informed within 15 days of receiving the product. Later than this no complaint will be entertained.>
What if I need to cancel my order?
If your order is not in production stage then we will be able to cancel the order without any charge.
